These terms govern use of EmployeeEcho by hiring organisations, by candidates taking an interview, and by anyone taking a free mock interview. Using the platform means accepting them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account, to take an interview, or to take a mock interview. Accounts must be registered with a working email address and a company name.
You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. An organisation may invite colleagues to its account; every user of that account can see candidate results held under it. Notify EmployeeEcho promptly of any unauthorised use.
A launched job can be published to the public Job Board at any time while it is live, and its link may be shared freely.
Prices are shown on the pricing page and are payable in advance. Purchases are final. EmployeeEcho does not offer refunds for jobs that are purchased and not launched, launched and not filled, or launched and left to expire. Where online checkout is not yet available, purchases are arranged directly and the same terms apply.
Scores, Fit Levels, Response Authenticity verdicts and summaries are generated by an AI model. They are decision support, not decisions. EmployeeEcho does not guarantee that any assessment is accurate, complete or predictive of job performance, and does not recommend, endorse or reject any candidate.
The hiring organisation remains solely responsible for its hiring decisions and for complying with all employment, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination law that applies to it. Assessment output should be reviewed by a person before any decision is taken. An authenticity verdict is a signal for a human to weigh, not a finding of misconduct.
Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. A hiring organisation that invites candidates is the controller of those candidates' data and is responsible for having a lawful basis to invite them and for responding to their requests. EmployeeEcho processes that data on the organisation's instructions.
The platform, its interface, prompts and generated assessment formats belong to EmployeeEcho. Job descriptions supplied by an organisation remain that organisation's property. Answers given by a candidate remain the candidate's, and the organisation and EmployeeEcho are granted the rights needed to assess, store and deliver them as described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform is provided as it is. EmployeeEcho does not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, and features may change. Interviews depend on the candidate's own internet connection, browser, camera and microphone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmployeeEcho is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, or for any hiring outcome. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job to which the claim relates.
Accounts may be suspended or closed for breach of these terms, for non payment, or for misuse of candidate data. An organisation may close its account at any time; doing so deletes the candidate data held under it. Purchased jobs are not refunded on closure.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
